The present invention relates to a culture method of crossbreeding leather carps and crucian carps, which comprises following steps of: (a) selecting male crucian carps and female leather carps； (b) artificially collecting semen from a selected male crucian carp and collecting mature eggs from the selected female leather carp for artificial insemination in an artificial hatchery； (c) selecting hatched fry in the artificial hatchery and culturing the same by feeding feed for fry of 6 to 12 months； and (d) shipping mature fish.
