PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device for plant cultivation and a plant cultivation device which are high in cultivation space efficiency, can efficiently utilize illumination light, can reduce electric power consumption, and can reduce temperature rise in a cultivation room.SOLUTION: An illumination device for plant cultivation includes: an LED substrate 33 which is formed by mounting a plurality of LEDs 35 on the surface of a circuit base material 38 and an unforced cooling type thermal conductive support 41 which is arranged on the back side of the LED substrate 33 and supports the LED substrate 33, and guides the heat radiated from the LED substrate 33 to a non-cultivation space region 39 other than a cultivation space region 21 where a cultivation shelf is located. The illumination device for plant cultivation also includes: a heat insulation material layer 55 which is arranged on the front surface side of the LED substrate 33 so as to partition the cultivation space region 21 and the non-cultivation space region, and has a plurality of through holes 53 through which light emitted from the LEDs 35 passes, and prevents the heat radiated from the surface of the LED substrate 33 from being radiated to the cultivation space region 21 and a light reflection layer 57 which is arranged on the surface facing the cultivation space region 21 of the heat insulation material layer 55.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】栽培スペース効率が高く、照明光を効率的に活用できて消費電力を低減でき、栽培室の温度上昇を少なくできる植物栽培用照明装置および植物栽培装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数のLED35が回路基材38の表面に実装されて構成されたLED基板33と、LED基板33の裏面側に配置されてLED基板33を支持し且つLED基板33から放熱される熱を栽培棚が位置する栽培空間領域21以外の非栽培空間領域39に導く非強制冷却型の熱伝導性支持体41とを備える。栽培空間領域21と非栽培空間領域とを仕切るようにLED基板33の表面側に配置され、LED35から照射される光を通す複数の貫通孔53を備えてLED基板33の表面から放熱される熱が栽培空間領域21に放熱されることを阻止する断熱材層55とこの断熱材層55の栽培空間領域21と対面する表面上に配置された光反射層57とを備える。【選択図】図3
