The present invention relates to an organic waste treatment apparatus. More specifically, the present invention relates to an organic waste treatment apparatus which not only increases recovery efficiency of waste heat energy by heat exchanging a fluid having waste heat generated from a stirrer during organic waste treatment and an external fluid flown in from the outside at two points, but also enables costs to be remarkably reduced by minimizing loss of thermal energy. The organic waste treatment apparatus of the present invention comprises: a stirrer in one side of which an inlet port is formed such that organic waste is injected into the inlet port, in an inner central portion of which a stirring shaft is formed to be vertically located, the stirring shaft including stirring blades for uniformly mixing or stirring the injected organic waste with microorganism-inoculated biochips, and in an outer circumferential portion of which a heat exchange part is provided a deodorization unit which removes the odor components by heating odor components contained in an exhaust gas discharged from the stirrer a heat exchange unit which heat exchanges a heated fluid heated and transferred by the deodorization unit with an external fluid injected from the outside to supply the heated fluid heat exchanged with the external fluid to the stirrer and a fluid discharge unit which discharges a fluid including odor components generated in the stirrer, wherein the organic waste treatment apparatus is constructed such that the fluid of the stirrer is discharged to the deodorization unit by the fluid discharge unit, the discharged fluid is deodorized and heated by the deodorization unit, the deodorized and heated fluid is primarily heat exchanged by the heat exchange unit, and the primarily heat exchanged fluid is secondly heat exchanged through the heat exchange part formed in the stirrer to discharge the secondly heat exchanged fluid to the outside.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 유기성 폐기물 처리장치
