The present invention relates to an artificial fishing-reef for preventing dragnet fisheries, comprising: a framework which consists of a polyhedron for forming a path opened in all directions to supply a growth space of fish； a blocking unit which is installed on the polyhedron of the framework and blocks light so as to have the growth space of the fish shaded； and a plurality of hanging units which is installed to the outside of the framework and restricts to move or damages by hanging a submarine net which passes through the submarine. According to the present invention, the present invention provides artificial fishing-reef for activating building of a marine ecosystem and collecting or damaging a dragnet.본 발명은 저인망 어업 방지기능을 갖는 인공어초에 관한 것으로, 사방이 개방된 상태로 통로를 형성하는 다면체를 이루어 어패류의 생장공간을 제공하는 골조； 상기 골조의 다면체에 설치되어 상기 어패류의 생장공간에 음영이 드리우도록 빛을 차단하는 차단수단； 및 상기 골조의 외곽에 다수개 설치되고, 해저를 지나는 해저 그물을 걸어 이동을 제한하거나 손상을 가하는 걸림유닛；을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 해양생태계 조성의 활성화를 위한 인공어초를 제공함과 동시에 불법어업에 이용되는 저인망을 회수하거나 손상시킬 수 있다.
