The present invention is to measure a bone growth score and to calculate the maximum height, which can be grown, based on the score. According to the present invention, a bone age measurement system comprises: an X-ray imaging device for photographing the hand bones of a subject with an X-ray image； and a bone age measurement device for separating the X-ray image into one or more partial images according to regions of the hand bones, determining a reference image most similar to a partial image by comparing brightness values of pixels included in the separated partial image with brightness values of pixels included in a pre-stored reference images, and calculating a bone growth score of the partial image using the most similar reference image.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 골성장 점수를 측정하고 이를 기초로 성장 가능한 최대신장을 계산하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 골연령 측정 시스템은 피실험자의 수골을 X-ray 영상으로 촬영하는 X-ray 촬영장치； 상기 X-ray 영상을 상기 수골의 부위에 따라 하나 이상의 부분 이미지로 분리하고, 상기 분리된 부분 이미지에 포함된 픽셀들의 밝기 값을 기저장된 참조 이미지들에 포함된 픽셀들의 밝기 값과 비교하여 상기 부분 이미지와 가장 유사한 참조 이미지를 판단하고, 가장 유사한 상기 참조 이미지를 이용하여 상기 부분 이미지의 골성장 점수를 산출하는 골연령 측정장치를 포함한다.
