The present invention relates to a dental implant fixture separation method and an apparatus thereof. The method includes: a drill hole forming step of, using a dental drill, forming a pair of drill holes in a semi-cylindrical shape, respectively, on both left and right surfaces of the upper boundary surfaces of screw holes formed on damaged fixtures remaining on alveolar bones after implanted implant fixtures are crushed a wrench insertion step of inserting a wrench protrusion unit into the drill holes formed on the upper screw holes of the damaged fixtures remaining on the alveolar bones a wrench rotation step of rotating the wrench inserted into the drill holes of the fixtures after the wrench insertion step in a direction of releasing the fixtures implanted onto the alveolar bones from the alveolar bones and a fixture separation step of separating the damaged fixtures from the alveolar bones after the wrench rotation step. The present invention enables any dentist to remove damaged fixtures remaining on alveolar bones or fixtures implanted in wrong positions while minimizing the damage of the alveolar bones, thereby enabling easy re-treatment of implantation. The present invention can reduce a treatment period by not requiring the removal of the alveolar bones with undesirably implanted fixtures.
