PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a reduction effect of lumbago by using a lumbago relief belt.SOLUTION: A lumbago relief belt 1 comprises two kinds of upper belt 3 and lower belt 5. A lower edge of a hip pad part 31 of the upper belt 3, and an upper edge of a buttocks pad part 51 of the lower belt 5 are provided with hook-and-loop fasteners to be surface-joined each other, respectively.
