PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus capable of quickly obtaining appropriate images even when a collimator is in a closed state and reducing the amount of X-ray exposure to a subject.SOLUTION: The X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus includes an automatic luminance control circuit 12 for making constant the luminance of images displayed on an image display part 31, and a collimator control part 25 detecting the open amount of collimator leaves in a collimator part 23.
