The present invention relates to a multiaxial rod connecting assembly for a spine fixation device, which comprises: a connecting rod, wherein one end or the other end thereof are connected to a rod which connects multiple spinal hooks fixed to a vertebral body, a pedicle thereof, a lamina or a transverse process constituting a spine to be arranged on one linear line with a pedicle screw inserted to the pedicle； and a first unit, wherein one side thereof receives the rod and the other side thereof receives either one end or the other end of the connecting rod to be able to rotate.
