PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To definitely measure states by means of ultrasonic waves before and after a medical treatment in a medical system for the treatment of a fetus or the like.SOLUTION: At the tip end of an endoscope 10, a plurality of vibrators 12 are provided circularly. Each vibrator 12 is provided in a posture slanting in a direction toward inside. Then, a plurality of ultrasonic beams are crossed at a point to be treated. A three dimensional blood flow speed vector relating to the blood flow at the treating point is calculated by using these vibrators 12.
