The present invention provides a non-heating purification type apparatus for fluid sterilization which maximizes sterilization efficiency by preventing surface adhesion inside a pipe due to sugar and minerals of a sap extracted from a tree and forming a spiral eddy in the pipe. A non-heating type apparatus for fluid sterilization according to the present invention includes: a hollow tube type sterilization pipe (10) a sterilization lamp (20) disposed inside the sterilization pipe (10) a flow plate (30) disposed inside the sterilization pipe (10) by surrounding the sterilization lamp (20) an entry pipe (40) disposed on an outer circumferential surface of one end of the sterilization pipe (10) such that the entry pipe communicates with the sterilization pipe and a discharge pipe (50) disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the other end of the sterilization pipe (10) such that the discharge pipe communicates with the sterilization pipe.
