PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic apparatus and a video processor for endoscopes, allowing an operator to easily calibrate an endoscopic image by one hand and capable of preventing breakage of the distal end of an endoscope during the calibration operation.
SOLUTION: The endoscopic apparatus comprises the endoscope 100 an apparatus body to which the endoscope is connected and which has a setting operation part 10 for various setting operations for the endoscope on one surface and a calibration member 31 which has a hole part 33 for inserting the distal end of the endoscope. The calibration member 31 is disposed near the setting operation part 10 of the apparatus body, and the center of the opened surface of the hole part is disposed on the proximal side of the setting operation part on the operation side facing the one surface where the setting operation part is disposed.
