Various approaches to disrupting the target tissue for treatment are the steps to identify the target volume of the target tissue and the target tissue within the area corresponding to the target volume so as to increase the tissue permeability within it. It includes a step of causing a failure, a step of generating a tissue penetration map of the target volume by computer, and a step of computerally evaluating the failure of the target tissue in the target volume based on the tissue penetration map.
