PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an internal fixation mark to be visually recognized appropriately regardless of the size of a pupil of an eye to be examined.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises an optical system, a movement mechanism, a position specification unit, a pupil information acquisition unit, and a control unit. The optical system includes an objective lens, an irradiation optical system for irradiating an eye to be examined with light through the objective lens, and a fixation system for projecting a fixation luminous flux onto the eye to be examined through the objective lens. The movement mechanism moves a movable part which is at least part of the optical system including the objective lens. The position specification unit specifies the position of the movable part moved by the movement mechanism. The pupil information acquisition unit acquires pupil information about the size of a pupil of the eye to be examined.
