PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autopsy table that facilitates craniotomy work of an autopsy body, and sucks fine dust and bacteria caused in the craniotomy work to prevent scattering, and thereby the air in an autopsy room is never polluted.SOLUTION FOR THE PROBLEM: An autopsy table includes: a box-shaped body 2 with an upper surface opened two or more clinical plates 6a-6f formed by removably disposing one sheet of one end side in the longitudinal direction of the body 2 so as to cover the opened upper surface of the body 2, and placing an autopsy body and enabling ventilation and water passing a drainage mechanism for discharging the liquid dropped from these clinical plates 6a-6f outside the body 2 and an air intake and exhaust device for sucking the air of the upper part of the clinical plates 6a-6f in the body 2, and then purifies and exhausts it to the outside of the body 2. Two clinical plates 6b, 6c are integrated by a frame body 18, and are swingably supported by the end of the clinical plate 6d side, and can be set in a horizontal state and inclination state in cooperation with a screw shaft 28 of a linear jack.
