PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroxyapatite microparticle dispersion with high purity and excellent dispersion stability, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A hydroxyapatite microparticle dispersion contains, in an aqueous medium, crystalline hydroxyapatite microparticles with the volume-average diameter in the range of 30-300 nm, and a polyphosphate (salt).
