When imaging is being performed using fluorescence, it is difficult to perform surgery while confirming a tumor part directly in a bright operating room, for example. A light radiation system according to an embodiment of the present invention controls opening and closing of a first field of view of a first field of view limiting unit and a second field of view of a second field of view limiting unit at prescribed time intervals, and controls the turning on of light in such a way that the opening and closing timing of the first field of view coincides with a light intensity control timing of a surgical light, and the timing of the opening and closing of the second field of view coincides with a light intensity control timing of a fluorescence exciting light source (see Figure 1).Selon l'invention, lorsqu'une imagerie est réalisée par fluorescence, il est difficile de pratiquer une chirurgie tout en confirmant la présence d'une partie tumorale directement dans une salle d'opération lumineuse, par exemple.
