PURPOSE: A hay gathering apparatus is provided to prevent hay from being scattered along a spring without using a hay guide because when a spring passes through a skip domain, the spring is completely down laid. The hay guide is used to prevent a phenomenon that when a hay collecting arm of the hay gathering apparatus passes through a skip domain, and a spring is not completely down laid, hay is not placed in the back of a tractor and scattered in both ends. CONSTITUTION: The hay gathering apparatus, a horizontal rotor is united with both sides of a horizontal frame combined with a main frame. To be rotated, a controlling arm equipped with a collecting arm is combined to a lower part of the horizontal rotor. A spring(7) is installed in the collecting arm. A controlling wheel is installed in the controlling arm equipped with the collecting arm. The controlling wheel is combined with the horizontal rotor and enters into a cam groove(11) of a hay collecting cam(10) fixed to a supporting shaft. In case of rotation of the horizontal rotor, the controlling wheel moves with the cam groove of the hay collecting cam and rotates the hay collecting arm. A cam groove(11a) of a hay collecting cam(10a) distinguishing a section to gather rotates with a standing spring and is formed in a lower part. The section to gather rotates is formed in a smaller size than the one by the existing hay collector. The highest side cam groove of the hay collecting cam maintains a high location for certain sections.
