PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spool for fishing line capable of improving the dimensional accuracy and roundness of a completed spool and also improving the strength of the same as a result of improving the flow of a resin on molding.SOLUTION: This spool for the fishing line having a cylindrical body part 11, a pair of flange parts 21, 22 and a hollow tubular shaft tube part 12 installed at the inside of the body part 11 is provided by being formed as one unit with a molding material such as a synthetic resin, etc., and installing a supporting wall 14 between the body part 11 and shaft tube part 12. The supporting wall 14 is formed at the central part in the axial direction of the spool, and by protruding a multiple number of ribs 23, 24 joining the body part 11 and shaft tube part 12 in left and right directions from the supporting wall.
