PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a first agent component used in a bleaching agent or an oxidation hair dye agent and capable of enhancing low temperature stability and a multiagent type bleaching agent and a multiagent type oxidation hair dye agent using the first agent composition.SOLUTION: The first agent composition is used in the bleaching agent or the oxidation hair dye agent. The first agent composition contains a carbonate being an alkaline agent, a cationic thickener, and a divalent alcohol. In the case the first agent component is used in the oxidation hair die agent, the first agent composition contains an oxidation dye.
