The massage chair of the present invention comprises: a sensing unit sensing markers provided on at least one portion of the body of the user； a calculation unit calculating control information of a driving unit, which applies pressure to the body of the user, based on position information of the markers sensed by the sensing unit； and a control unit controlling the driving unit based on the control information calculated by the calculation unit.
