PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair cosmetic composition capable of imparting sufficient brightness even with an alkanolamine only and also decreasing irritating odor still more.SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic composition comprises a first agent and a second agent. The first agent contains at least the alkanolamine and the second agent contains at least an oxidizer, an oily component and a surfactant. The mixture of the first agent and the second agent contains 1.0-5.0 wt.% alkanolamine, 17.5-27.0 wt.% oily component and 1.75-10.0 wt.% surfactant, and the weight ratio of the oily component to the surfactant is set at &le10.0.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 アルカノールアミンのみによっても十分な明度を付与することができるとともに、刺激臭を一層低減することができる毛髪化粧料組成物を提供する。【解決手段】 毛髪化粧料組成物は、第1剤と第2剤から構成されている。第1剤中には、少なくともアルカノールアミンを含有し、第2剤中には少なくとも酸化剤、油性成分及び界面活性剤を含有している。そして、第1剤と第2剤の混合液中には1.0~5.0重量%のアルカノールアミン、17.5~27.0重量%の油性成分及び1.75~10.0重量%の界面活性剤を含有している。さらに、油性成分と界面活性剤の重量比(油性成分の重量/界面活性剤の重量)は10.0以下に設定されている。
