An autogenous bone collecting device used along a suction path to collect speckles of bone for bone implantation is provided. The autogenous bone collecting device comprises a rotatable wing, in appropriate pressure contact with a filter, to prevent reduction of suction efficiency. The wing is rotated manually or by a motor to remove obstructions stacked on a surface of the filter, by moving the obstructions/speckles of bone in an arbitrary direction whereby suction efficiency is held constant.
