The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition stabilizing an insoluble ingredient and, more specifically, to a composition for enhancing the solubility of an insoluble ingredient, which comprises tetrahydroxypropyl ethylenediamine (THPEDA) and an amphiphilic polymer, and has a hydroxyl group enabling a hydrogen bond with an amino group of THPEDA. The cosmetic composition dissolving the insoluble ingredient of the present invention has functional effects such as wrinkle improvement or the like by the insoluble ingredient through not precipitating the insoluble ingredient, and stabilizing and maintaining the insoluble ingredient over effect concentration.본 발명은 난용성 성분을 안정화한 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 테트라히드록시프로필 에틸렌디아민(tetrahydroxypropyl ethylenediamine, THPEDA) 및 양친성 고분자를 포함하며 THPEDA의 아미노기와 수소결합할 하이드록실기를 갖는 난용성 성분의 용해도 증강용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 난용성 성분이 용해된 화장료 조성물은 난용성 성분이 석출되지 않고 이를 제형 내에 효능 농도 이상으로 안정하게 유지시켜, 난용성 성분에 의한 주름 개선 등의 기능성 효과가 우수하다.
