The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition which increases the solubility of vitamin C in cosmetic formulations even when the vitamin C content is higher than 20% and vitamin C is stabilized in the formulation to enhance the efficacy by comprising an extract of Hippophae rhamnoides. The cosmetic composition of the present invention is characterized by increasing the stability and solubility of vitamin C contained in the composition and increasing the potency of vitamin C.본 발명은 산자나무 추출물을 포함하여 비타민 C 함량이 20% 이상으로 고농도인 경우에도 비타민 C의 화장료 제형 내 용해도를 높이고, 제형 내에서 안정화시켜 그 효능을 강화시킨 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 조성물에 포함되어 있는 비타민 C의 안정도 및 용해도를 증대시켜주고 비타민 C의 효능을 증가시켜주는 특징을 갖는다.
