The present invention relates to a cultivation device for sprout vegetables, and more specifically, to a cultivation device for sprout vegetables in a special form that has a simple overall structure and is convenient to manufacture, install, and use. The cultivation device of the present invention may be used to produce sprout vegetables more efficiently without degradation or damage of seeds. In particular, the cultivation device is basically configured to be installed horizontally on bearings (110) installed on both upper ends of a frame (100) stably mounted on the floor.
