The present invention provides a Japanese horseradish food, which can maintain the original fragrance of Japanese horseradish while enjoying the mouth feeling. The Japanese horseradish food is to chop the leaf, stem and root of Japanese horseradish into particles. Accordingly, the present invention contains 95 wt.% of Japanese horseradish leaf, wherein the leaf of Japanese horseradish is 5 to 10 wt.%, the stem of Japanese horseradish is 75 to 80 wt.%, and the remaining portion is the root. The particle size of the leaf, stem and root of Japanese horseradish leaf is 1mm to 5mm. The 5 to 10 wt.% for the leaf may realize the coloring as Japanese horseradish, and the 75 to 80 wt.% for the stem may realize the sufficient mouth feeling.
