The hand piece has a rotary spray type tip which is characterized by comprising: a hand piece main body for supplying and collecting a drug, and having a rotary unit provided therein a spray tube coupled to the hand piece main body, formed to be rotatable by a rotary unit, and having an input passage formed therein for inserting the drug supplied from the hand piece main body, and then sprayed on the skin and a cap body formed to have a cylindrical shape where the bottom end of the cap body is closely contacted to the skin. The spray tube is coupled to the center portion inside the cap body such that the spray tube is able to rotate.
