The present invention relates to an obesity treatment apparatus using low-cost cooling, capable of treating obesity without using an absorption pad or a coupling device, by coating an anti-freeze on a treatment site and then wrapping the skin with a film to protect the skin and cool only a fat region. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a controller body for setting a cooling temperature and an operating time, supplying cooling water for cooling a thermoelectric element, and providing suction power from a vacuum pump a hand piece body for displaying an operation state and providing suction power through a suction hole a cable for connecting the controller body and the hand piece body a sanction cup installed on the hand piece body to form a suction space and a cooling device positioned at both sides of the suction cup and cooling a treatment site which is sucked into the suction space, and the apparatus of the present invention may further comprise a film which seals an anti-freeze coated on the treatment site to promote the infiltration of the anti-freeze into the treatment site, and prevents the anti-freeze from being put on the suction cup. According to the present invention, a metallic cooling plate is molded in the suction cup of a silicone material, and thus is in contact with a thin silicone film without direct contact with the treatment site, thereby protecting the skin using a small quantity of an anti-freeze and efficiently destroy fat, and removing a gap, through which air flows, to enhance suction power.
