Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention is a treatment therapy system using a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) image guide-based linear accelerator, which comprises an opened MRI imaging part forming a magnetic field on an area where an object is located, and including a gantry rotated around a certain shaft； a linear accelerator radiating an x-ray to the object through an opening of the gantry； and a control part controlling rotation degree of the gantry and the rotation degree of the linear accelerator based on an MRI image of the object imaged by the opened MRI imaging part.MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) 유도 기반 선형 가속기를 이용한 치료 시스템에 있어서, 대상체가 위치되는 영역에 자기장을 형성하고, 소정 축을 기준으로 회전 가능한 갠트리를 포함하는 개방형 MRI 촬영부； 갠트리의 개구부를 통해 대상체로 엑스선을 조사하는 선형 가속기； 및 개방형 MRI 촬영부에 의해 촬영된 대상체에 대한 MR 영상에 기초하여, 갠트리의 회전 정도 및 선형 가속기의 회전 정도를 조절하는 제어부를 포함하는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 치료 시스템이 개시된다.
