PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a composite image of a medical image such as a high-energy tomographic image and a low-energy tomographic image which are obtained by dual energy imaging.SOLUTION: An analysis-use determination part 6 determines the analysis use of the dual energy tomographic images HD, LD. A composition-ratio determination part 8 determines the composition ratio of the high-energy tomographic image HD and the low-energy tomographic image LD according to the determined analysis use by referring to a composition ratio table T0.
