The present invention provides a manufacturing of garaetteok (bar rice cake) which contains two or more kinds of fillings selected from a group of fruits, vegetables, eggs and fish to provide a texture similar to gimbaps in terms of shapes, and provides nutrients same as or similar to nutrients obtained from gimbaps while solving a problem of falling fillings. The manufacturing method comprises: a step (S1) of preparing a tteok paste from garaetteok paste and also preparing two or more kinds of fillings selected from a group of fruits, vegetables, eggs and fish； a step (S2) of linearly arranging one kind of filling (a first filling) among the prepared fillings to be adjacent to a boundary of the tteok paste； a step (S3) of wrapping the first filling from an end portion of the boundary of the tteok paste so that the first filling is wrapped by the tteok paste； a step (S4) of linearly arranging another prepared filling (a second filling) to be adjacent to an end portion of a wrapped boundary of the tteok paste； and a step (S5) of wrapping the second filling from an end portion of the boundary of the tteok paste so that the second filling is wrapped by the tteok paste.본 발명에서는 과일류, 야채류, 난(卵)류 및 어육류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 2종 이상의 소가 포함되어 있어 형태적인 측면에서 김밥과 유사한 느낌을 가질 수 있고 김밥으로부터 얻을 수 있는 것과 동일 혹은 유사한 영양가를 제공할 수 있으면서도 소 흘림 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 가래떡 반죽으로부터 떡반을 준비하고, 또한, 과일류, 야채류, 난(卵)류 및 어육류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 2종 이상의 소(fillings)를 준비하는 단계(S1)； 준비된 소 중 1종('제1 소')을 떡반의 가장자리에 인접하게 일렬로 놓는 단계(S2)； 상기 제1 소가 떡반에 의해 랩핑(wrapping)되도록 떡반의 가장자리 단부에서부터 상기 제1 소를 랩핑하는 단계(S3)； 준비된 다른 소('제2 소)를, 떡반의 랩핑 가장자리 단부에 인접하게 일렬로 놓는 단계(S4)； 및 상기 제2 소가 떡반에 의해 랩핑되도록 떡반의 가장자리 단부에서부터 상기 제2 소를 랩핑하는 단계(S5)；를 포함하는；를 포함하는, 가래떡의 제조방법이 제공된다.
