The present invention recognizes the need to develop natural antibiotic substances and immunity-enhancing substances for preventing or treating bacterial infections or inflammatory diseases in livestock and poultry, and promoting growth of livestock and poultry. To accomplish this, the present invention provides an antibacterial composition which provides sufficient antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and immunity-enhancing effects, and yet is inexpensive enough to be commercialized. According to the present invention, an aqueous dispersion of nano sulfur powder is added to a fermentation stabilization solution containing a natural plant substance as an effective component to produce a liquid composition containing an aqueous dispersion of nano sulfur sol, wherein the liquid composition is added to feed water for livestock and poultry to enhance antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities and immunity of livestock and poultry. Specifically, the liquid composition for enhancing immunity of livestock containing an aqueous dispersion of nano sulfur sol is obtained by the following processes: a first process in which a fermentation aid and a plant-based starter are mixed with a mixing material of yew tree, cypress, Dendropanax morbifera, plum, and Houttuynia cordata, and fermented and aged to form a fermentation stabilization solution； a second process in which a dispersing surfactant and a water-soluble polymer are mixed with water to form a homogeneous solution, and detoxified sulfur is dispersed therein to form an aqueous dispersion of nano sulfur； and a process in which the aqueous dispersion of nano sulfur obtained in the second process is introduced into the fermentation stabilization solution obtained in the first process.본원은 가축 및 가금류의 세균성 감염증 또는 염증성 질환을 예방 또는 치료하고 성장을 촉진시키기 위한 천연 항생물질 및 면역 증강용 물질의 개발 필요성을 인식하고, 실용화 가능하도록 저렴하면서도 충분한 항균, 항염, 및 및 면역 증강 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 항균 조성물을 제공하고자 하는 기술이다.본원은 천연 수목성분을 유효성분으로 포함하는 발효 안정화용액을 얻고 여기에 수분산 나노유황 분말이 추가되어 수분산 나노 유황 졸을 함유하
