PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured, easy-to-use finger exercise tool.SOLUTION: A finger exercise tool is a coil spring the length of which allows holding it between the thumb of the left or the right hand and a finger of the hand, a direction center part of which has a winding diameter larger than that of both ends of the coil spring, and has elasticity such that it can be compressed by holding both end parts of the spring winding direction between a thumb and one or more fingers of the same hand and restore to its original state when the compression is released. The coil spring includes at one end part of the spring winding direction a thumb rest part for resting a thumb on it, and at the other end part of the spring winding direction a finger rest part for resting a finger on it. The thumb rest part of the coil spring has a thumb receiving part for receiving the belly of a thumb, and the finger rest part has a finger receiving part for receiving the belly of a finger. One end part of the spring winding direction is provided with a thumb locking part to which a thumb is locked, and the other end part of the spring winding direction is provided with a finger locking part to which a finger is locked.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 簡潔な構造で、使い易い指運動具を提供する。【解決手段】 左手又は右手の親指とその手の親指以外の指とで挟むことのできる長さのコイルスプリングであり、その巻き方向中央部の巻き径が両端側の巻き径よりも大きくなっており、巻き方向両端部を親指と親指以外のいずれか一本又は二本以上の指で挟んで圧縮することができ、その圧縮を開放すると復元できる伸縮性を備えた指運動具とした。コイルスプリングの巻き方向一端部に親指を宛がうことのできる親指宛がい部を、巻き方向他端部に親指以外の指を宛がうことのできる他指宛がい部を備えた。コイルスプリングの親指宛がい部には親指の腹を、他指宛がい部には親指以外の指の腹を宛がうことのできる受け具を備えた。コイルスプリングの巻き方向一端部に親指に係止できる親指係止部を、巻き方向他端部に親指以外の指に係止できる他指係止部を備えた。【選択図】図1
