PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device reducing noise without generating moving body blurring.SOLUTION: This image processing device related to one embodiment includes a selection part, a first extraction part, a second extraction part, a decision part, a determination part, and a generation part. The selection part selects one pixel from a processing target image. The first extraction part extracts a first pixel region including the selected pixel from the processing target image. The second extraction part extracts a second pixel region corresponding to the first pixel region from a reference image which is an image different from the processing target image. The decision part decides the degree of similarity between the first pixel region and the second pixel region. The determination part determines a filter coefficient based on the degree of similarity.
