The present disclosure relates to a cosmetic sunscreen photoprotection comprising: (a) Polyester-5 (b) Styrene/Acrylates/Ammonium Methacrylate copolymer (c) one UV filter wherein the combination of Polyester-5 and Styrene/Acrylates/Ammonium Methacrylate copolymer improves the water resistance of the cosmetic sunscreen composition, improves the SPF of the cosmetic sunscreen composition, and reduces the stickiness of the cosmetic sunscreen composition.
