An assembled chassis for electric walk-substituting vehicle comprises a front chassis unit, a rear chassis unit detachably combined with the front chassis unit, a positioning unit for positioning the front and rear chassis units, a hook-joining unit for hook-joining with the front and rear chassis units, and a cushion unit between the front and rear chassis unit. The cushion unit includes a first cushion mechanism supported between the front and rear chassis units and near the hook-joining unit.
