PURPOSE: A fine needle system for capsules is provided to absorb the skin neurotransmitter inside the capsule or to deliver to inside the body through the skin.CONSTITUTION: A fine needle system for capsules comprises a fine needle unit(10) and sealed wax(30). The fine needle unit is projected in order to form fine hole on skin. On the supper surface of the substrate a capsule receiving wall is projected to form a capsule receiving unit which receives capsules(20). On the upper surface of the substrate, a capsule puncture needle which can tear and perforate the capsules is projected. A through groove which penetrates the upper and lower surfaces of the substrate is formed. The sealed wax is partially accepted to the capsule receiving unit of the fine needle unit. The sealed wax pushes towards the substrate of the fine needle unit. The fine needle and the capsule puncture needle are in a needle or a blade shape.
