Provided are: an endoscope head that is a small-sized optical system having a small number of optical components, and is capable of generating a composite image in which a bright field image and a fluorescent image are synchronized； and a medical endoscope and a medical microscope which have the endoscope head mounted thereon. The endoscope head includes: a first light source and a second light source which emit light forward； an optical lens disposed behind the light sources； a liquid crystal panel which is disposed behind the optical lens and has a plurality of pixels formed thereon； and an image sensor disposed behind the liquid crystal panel, wherein each of the plurality of pixels in the liquid crystal panel is divided into a first channel and a second channel, and a filtering material that selectively transmits light according to a wavelength band is disposed on the second channel.L'invention concerne : une tête d'endoscope qui est un système optique de petite taille ayant un petit nombre de composants optiques, et est capable de générer une image composite dans laquelle une image de champ lumineux et une image fluorescente sont synchronisées ； et un endoscope médical et un microscope médical ayant la tête d'endoscope montée dessus.
