To this end, the present invention comprises: a geometry correction unit for correcting the geometry of three-dimensional medical image information such that a three-dimensional medical image is properly positioned in a three-dimensional space； an arc trajectory detection unit for detecting an arc trajectory from the three-dimensional medical image information； an image information utilization section setting unit for setting an image information utilization section for the three-dimensional medical image information and setting an X-ray irradiation path for the arc trajectory； and a reconstructing unit for reconstructing a two-dimensional medical image by summing into X-ray irradiation paths the three-dimensional medical image information of the image information utilization section.
