PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust image processing for ultrasonic image data.SOLUTION: In binarized image data, labeling processing is executed to assign different labels to a plurality of areas. In the labeled image data, the areas are each subjected to gradual compression processing by the number of times corresponding to each of them, and after the compression processing, the areas are subjected to decompression processing by the same number of times as that of the compression processing. Noise on the surface of an ovarian follicle is removed. Since the number of times corresponding to each of the areas is utilized in the compression-decompression processing, a label 1 area at a comparatively shallow position and a label 2 area at a comparatively deep position are restored in the shape and size the same as or similar to those of an unprocessed image.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】超音波の画像データに対する画像処理を適正化する。【解決手段】二値化処理後の画像データ内において、ラベリング処理が実行され、複数の部位に対して互いに異なるラベルが割り当てられる。次にラベリング処理後の画像データ内において、複数の部位の各々に対して各部位に応じた処理回数だけ段階的な収縮処理が実行され、さらに収縮処理が終了してから、複数の部位の各々に対して収縮処理と同じ回数だけ膨張処理が実行される。これにより、卵胞の表面などに存在していたノイズが除去される。収縮膨張処理において各部位に応じた処理回数を利用しているため、比較的浅い位置にあるラベル1の部位と比較的深い位置にあるラベル2の部位が、共に未処理画像と同程度の形状かつ同程度の大きさに復元される。【選択図】図2
