PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality of a difference image generated from an image of an outward trip and an image of a return trip when photographing is performed by continuously rotating an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector about a subject while a top plate where the subject is placed is reciprocally moved in a direction of a body axis.SOLUTION: In performing go-and-return helical scanning or helical shuttle scanning, a bed driving part 22 reciprocally moves the top plate 21 where the subject P is placed in the direction of the body axis, and a pedestal driving part 16 rotates the X-ray tube 12 and the X-ray detector 13 about the subject P placed on the top plate 21.
