PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an ultrasonic probe capable of reliably establishing electrical connection between each piezoelectric element and an acoustic damper, to provide the ultrasonic probe, and to provide an ultrasonic diagnosis device.

SOLUTION: A plurality of through-holes 101 are formed in a surface-to-be-joined 104 of a backing material 100. Each through-hole 101 is filled with a conductive paste to form a columnar conductor 102. An electrode base 103 is formed at an end of each columnar conductor 102 and then polished. A minute protrusion 106 is formed on each electrode base 103 by screen printing. Alternatively, an electrode layer 114 is formed on a surface-to-be-joined 112 of a piezoelectric base material 110 using a silver baking technique. The piezoelectric base material 100 is cut into a grid to form a plurality of piezoelectric elements 115. A gap 116 between each piezoelectric element 115 is filled with a filler to form a division wall 117. Thereafter, the surface-to-be-joined 104, and the surface-to-be-joined 112 to which an adhesive have been applied, are caused to face each other, and the acoustic damper 21 and a piezoelectric part 22 are bonded with each other by applying pressure so that the protrusions 106 stick into the electrode layer 114.
