PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe with a piezoelectric vibrator of excellent piezoelectric characteristics without degradation in sensitivity by suppressing the formation of a part where polarization is incomplete at a part of a piezoelectric body layer, and also to provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and ultrasonic test equipment each using the ultrasonic probe.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe is provided with the piezoelectric vibrator 1 in which the piezoelectric body layer 2 and an electrode layer 3 are alternately layered and a side face electrode layer 4 is formed on a side face vertical to a layering direction.
