The present invention relates to an acetabular cup implanting device comprising an acetabular cup, a housing, and a transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism comprises at least one transmission bar and an operation bar. The operation bar may undergo angular displacement about a pivot axle to provide an advanced position and a retracted position. When the operation bar is at the advanced position, the transmission bar is moved forward, and a user is allowed to rotate the operation bar to rotate the acetabular cup. When the operation bar is at the retracted position, the transmission bar is moved backward to have the acetabular cup abutting an end of an extension section to fix the acetabular cup. With the above-mentioned structural arrangement, the present invention may help an operator to mount the acetabular cup to a proper site in a human pelvis acetabular bone tissue and to operate the operation bar through rotation of the operation bar to unload the acetabular cup to a mounting site so as to provide an acetabular cup implanting device that has a simple structure and ergonomically and easily operable.本發明為一種髖臼杯植入器,包括一臼杯、一殼體以及一傳動機構。其中,該傳動機構包括至少一傳動桿以及一操作桿,其中,該操作桿以該樞軸進行角位移而包括有一前進位置以及一後退位置,當該操作桿位於前進位置時,該傳動桿係向前位移,且使用者可以旋轉該操作桿以旋轉該臼杯,又當該操作桿位於後退位置時,該傳動桿係向後位移以令該臼杯抵靠於該延伸部一端以固定該臼杯。俾藉由前述結構,本發明可協助操作人員安裝髖臼杯至人體骨盆髖臼骨組織內適當位置處,並透過旋轉該操作桿、操作該操作桿以卸載臼杯至安裝位置,為一種結構簡單且符合人體工學易操作之髖臼杯植入器。
