Two slide bar, each of which mounted slidably on said guide rail and having a first bar portion throughout the middle of said operation bar. The operation bar is limited at a fixed position when the first bar portion engaged with said positioning holes, and moved forward and backward when the first bar portion disengaged with said positioning hole.
