PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold a roller apparatus into a stable position with a comparatively small driving force and to automatically control the swinging/fixing operation of a compacting roller apparatus, interlocked with the folding operation.SOLUTION: A fixed compacting roller apparatus and a movable compacting roller apparatus are connected to each other by a parallel link turned by an extensible driving apparatus, and the movable compacting roller apparatus supported to an upward circular arc shaped guide stand is folded backward in a parallel state by a main arm of the parallel link. An engaging member of the movable compacting roller apparatus is provided with an engaging hole bored to serve for communication between a front longitudinally-long hole and a rear laterally-long hole, and the right and left side plates of a U-shaped frame body fixed to the main arm are formed with laterally-long holes. The laterally-long holes and the engaging hole are connected by a common pin.
