PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sterilize an air filter and an air passage for supplying air to an aseptic chamber containing filling equipment.SOLUTION: A compressor 6 is connected to an aseptic chamber 2 containing a filler, a capper, and the like through an air passage 4. In the air passage 4, an air filter 8 is provided and a heater 10 is placed on the downstream side of the air filter 8. Hydrogen peroxide supply means 14 is connected to a portion between the air filter 8 and the heater 10 in the air passage 4. An air supply blower 24 for supplying air and an air discharge blower 36 for discharging air are connected to the chamber. A first communication passage 30 from the air supply blower 24 is connected to the air passage 4 on the downstream side of the heater 10, and a second communication passage 40 to the air discharge blower 36 is connected to the air passage 4 on the upstream side of the air filter 8. When the air filter 8 is sterilized, hydrogen peroxide is supplied into the air passage 4 and stopped, and then air is sent from the air supply blower 24 to the air discharge blower 36 and heater 10 is turned on.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】充填設備が収容された無菌チャンバーにエアを供給するエア通路と、エアフィルターを滅菌する。【解決手段】フィラー、キャッパ等が収容された無菌チャンバー2に、エア通路4を介してコンプレッサ6が接続されている。エア通路4にはエアフィルター8が設けられ、その下流側にヒータ10が配置されている。エア通路4の、エアフィルター8とヒータ10の間の部分に過酸化水素供給手段14が接続されている。チャンバーに給気する給気ブロア24と、排気する排気ブロア36が接続されている。エア通路4の、ヒータ10よりも下流側に給気ブロア24からの第1連通路30が、エアフィルター8よりも上流側に排気ブロア36への第2連通路40が接続されている。エアフィルター8を滅菌する際には、エア通路4に過酸化水素を供給して停止した後、給気ブロア24から排気ブロア36へエアを送るとともに、ヒータ10をONにする。【選択図】図1
