PURPOSE: An anti-stress and skin anti-aging food composition using a horse placenta extract is provided to use the horse placenta extract obtained by processing with protease. CONSTITUTION: An anti-stress and skin anti-aging food composition contains either a horse placenta extract or a crinum asiaticum extract as an active ingredient. The horse placenta extract is obtained by hydrolyzing horse placenta with papain. The crinum asiaticum extract is obtained by dipping crinum asiaticum leaves inside a mixed solution of water and ethanol.
