- 本发明提供了一种抑制水稻植株重金属吸收的粪源炭制备及施加方法。所述方法制备过程为:风干猪粪生物质,磨碎过2mm筛,热解2h;冷却,玛瑙研钵研磨过筛,取出过80‑100目的猪粪生物炭。它的施用方法是:将猪粪生物炭按1.5g猪粪生物炭:100g土壤混合使用,浅层施加到土壤中进行施用即可。增施猪粪生物炭增加了土壤中微生物群落的复杂程度,增加了土壤中好氧细菌和真菌的PLFAs含量以及革兰氏阴性菌的含量。此外,增施猪粪生物炭可以降低水稻植株中Pb、As、Cu等重金属的积累量。
